Anniversary, Surgery, Business -- All Good Reasons for Not Blogging

To the three people who attempted to read my blog during the last month...I'm back. I had to spend a fair amount of time in Oregon recently to be with my mom and dad while my dad had heart surgery, so the blog got shelved. I won't put up in gory pictures of the procedure, but my dad had a valve replaced, four by-passes, and a pace maker installed. It was a bit unexpected, but that's life.

Sometimes it takes family emergencies to pull everybody together. Last month marked the first time in 30 years that it was just Mom, Dad, and the four Molebash sons under the same roof. Last time the boys were 4, 13, 16, and 18 years old. Do the math and you can figure out how old we all are now.
